Shipping Policy

• Australia-wide Shipping

  • We ship anywhere within Australia via Australia Post.

  • A flat rate of $20 applies for standard shipping within Australia.

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your item will usually be dispatched within 2 business days to your preferred address.

  • We use standard and express shipping services through Australia Post. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

  International Shipping

  • We also offer international shipping to selected destinations outside Australia.

  • A flat rate of $70 applies for standard international shipping.

  • For bulk orders (more than 5 items), the shipping cost will automatically double (e.g. $140 for international).

  • International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country’s postal system and customs processing.

  Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is available in the Blacktown area.

  • After your purchase has been completed, we will contact you to arrange collection details, including pickup location and available times.

  • You’ll receive a notification when your package is ready for pickup, along with instructions on how to collect it.

  Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

  Important Information

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or postal delays, which are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Australia Post or the courier will either attempt redelivery on the next business day or leave a card for you to collect your parcel from your nearest post office.

  • If the parcel remains unclaimed for several days, it will be returned to us.
