Eligibility for Returns

– Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
– Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.


Non-Returnable Items

– Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
– Fajas, Shapewear’s, Earrings and all intimate apparel are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.


Process

– To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at with your order number and reason.
– Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.


Refunds

– Our goal is to ensure every purchase feels just right-and we are here to help you find the perfect match.
– Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue you a store voucher so you can choose another item that brings you joy.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Exchanges

– If you prefer to exchange your item, let us know during your return request. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences based on available stock.

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
– We are not liable for any parcels lost, stolen, or unclaimed. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
